TAKUYA MOTOHASHI

Takuya Motohashi was also born into the restaurant industry. His father owned and operated a successful sushi restaurant for over 17 years. At the age of 18, Takuya moved to Japan to pursue a career as a sushi chef. The world famous Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo, Kishiwada and Shimokitazawa are the notable stops that were made in his training.
